At PEG, you’ll find a group of people that not only love what they do, but always have fun doing it. When you work with us, you’ll be working with some of the most talented people anywhere in our industry. Our team members have won Emmy Awards, ADDY Awards and some of them have even received scout merit badges!
I’m a huge sports fan, and a believer that many of the concepts behind winning teams, also make for successful businesses. They often have the same things in common. That have a well-developed plan, communicate, work as a team, have fun and have great chemistry. Finally, and most importantly, they are committed to being the absolute best at what they do.
Outside of business and sports, I love traveling, and have been to 44 of the 50 states. I'm fascinated by cities, particularly downtowns. Other than being creative, there's nothing I'm more passionate about than a good slice of pizza.
I have always been a technical and creative guy, even from a young age. I’ve got pictures of myself constructing huge paper buildings and assembling an endless supply of Lego sets as a kid. I can also distinctly remember building an elaborate system of pulleys and wires in my fourth grade classroom so that all my friends could pass notes back and forth. I still don’t know how the teacher let me get away with that one…
I started doing animation before I could drive a car and ran a video board show before I could vote, so in general I like to try a bit of everything in the wide world of production.
I am a “why not” kind of guy. I love accepting challenges with those two words and solving the puzzles that follow with creative solutions. This spirit is cultivated at PEG as we think outside of the box in order to add to the life of our client’s brand. I am passionate about all things Cleveland sports and also an eternal optimist…two items that generally don’t go together but I make it work. My goal each day is to learn something new, simplify life and eat life-changing food.
For a long time my plan in life was to be a psychologist. I was faithfully going through the motions and going to school until one year, while in New York for spring break, I went on a tour of NBC Studios. I was so blown away by all of the behind-the-scenes production that went into the making of TV magic that I got home and changed my major to Communication. The rest is history.
Since then, I’ve produced my own show, interviewed some of my favorite musicians, and even attended the Emmy Awards. I love being a part of PEG because there is always something new to learn in our field, and working here, I get to learn from the best.Get to know Amanda
I like to think that a career in video production picked me and not the other way around. I am obsessed with all media content, regardless of its relevance. I spend countless hours watching movies, sitcoms, news broadcasts, reality shows, YouTube, and of course, the pinnacle of modern day storytelling, WWE, in attempt to be inspired by new techniques and advances in technology.
I believe that sleep is for people who don’t have any videos to edit, and that a good cup of tea can change the world.
I love technology! I am always learning new things in the wonderful world of electronics. I also love problem solving, math, video games, dogs and delicious food. I am lucky to be working with all of my friends here at PEG. We learn and grow together every day.
My goals in life are to keep learning every day, to make friends and to help others wherever I can.Get to know Josh
My time spent creating is the only time I don’t think about anything else. Otherwise, I’m trying to take over the world one to-do list at a time or petting my dog. As a documentary storyteller by trade, I am naturally drawn to subcultures and their stories, but I like expanding my visual and general knowledge. At PEG, I get to be surrounded by talented people who help me learn and grow.
My best relationship is the one I have with food.
I have spent the majority of my career in marketing and sales, from mom and pop family-owned companies to multi-billion dollar corporations. That background has put me right in the sweet spot to be able to understand the needs of just about any client. If I’m not at work you will find me doing probably one of two things: hanging out with my two dogs and husband or working on flipping a house. Good people, good coffee and good dogs - that’s all you need in life!
